We cut and break concrete using water ultra-high pressure (UHP) of water of 2500 bar.
Thanks to the proper conduct of the process and thanks to the equipment with specially adapted accessories (various types of lances, nozzles, heads) we are able to remove concrete from reinforced concrete structures without damaging the surrounding structure and reinforcing bars. The method works perfectly in preparing reinforced concrete structures for renovation.
Advantages over mechanical methods of concrete chiselling:
- greater cleaning efficiency
- avoiding vibrations causing micro-cracks in the concrete – protection of the substrate integrity, no secondary damage
- minimizing noise and eliminating dusting
- obtaining a rough concrete surface with up to three times greater adhesion, facilitating the creation of new mechanical connections and the binding of new concrete layers
- removing rust and scale from reinforcing bars without damaging their surface
- safe method even in explosion hazard zones
